Amy is a course creator, teacher, and assessor with a decade of experience educating students and supporting individuals to improve their lifestyles through education and mindset. Amy specialises in developing online courses and resources, and helps others to do the same; by increasing knowledge, and finding confidence within the online teaching world.

After leaving the world of 9 to 5 working in 2017, Amy gave up her career, her home, and the early mornings to go on an adventure of her own, in Italy. It was only by travelling solo that she found her true sense of self and her freedom. Having lived and breathed the true stress and pressures of social norms. Amy is now living a life that she has created with freedom and abundance.
